Acupuncture is a collection of procedures involving penetration of the skin with needles in order to stimulate certain specific points on the body.  It is a characteristic component of TCM and one of the oldest healing practices in the world.

The use of Chinese Herbal Medicine has been documented since168 BC.  Herbs are effective for multiple diseases and are mostly responsible for maintaining and restoring whole body balance.  Each herbal medicine prescription is a cocktail of many substances, tailored to the individual patient.
